Timeframe

If, for any reason, you wish to return your ORIGEM jewellery, you can take advantage of ORIGEM's buyback policy starting 15 days from the invoice date.

Value

All ORIGEM jewellery with an invoice value of up to ₹4,99,999 is eligible for the buyback program.

Refund Value

The prevailing market rates for gold and diamonds will be used to calculate the buyback value. Gold will be valued at 100% of the current metal rate, and diamonds will be valued at 80% of their prevailing rate.

The company will solely determine the prevailing market value of gold and diamonds for buyback calculations, ensuring a standardized approach.

Customisation

The buyback value will be calculated after applying standard deductions based on wear and tear, usage of the product, or any customizations.

Quality Check

A quality check will be done for all buyback requests to ensure that the product is in acceptable condition and eligible for buyback.

Certificate

At ORIGEM, the certificate and invoice are mandatory to process any buyback request. In case the original certificate is lost, an additional charge of ₹999 will be applied.

Packaging

The ORIGEM jewellery must be returned in its original packaging, which should remain intact and in pristine condition. Returns will not be accepted if the jewellery shows any damages, cracks, excessive wear and tear, changes in shape, or deformities. In such cases, ORIGEM reserves the right to deduct a reasonable amount at its sole discretion. All decisions made by the company in this regard shall be considered final and binding.

Products that are damaged or altered outside the company's purview (e.g., modifications or repairs done by unauthorized third parties) are not eligible for the buyback program, ensuring the integrity and quality of the returned items.

Discount & Promo Code Deductions

Discounts, promo codes, coupon values, and free gift values will be adjusted when calculating the buyback value at ORIGEM. The final buyback amount will be determined after deducting GST and making charges.

Refund Timeline

All refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of receiving the product, after it passes the quality check.

Mode of Refund

All refunds will be processed through bank transfer to ensure secure and efficient transactions.
