15 DAYS FULL VALUE REFUND
Timeframe:
Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the date of receipt in order to qualify for a Full Value Refund.
Refund value:
The full value refund policy applies to jewellery items with a maximum value of ₹2 lakh per piece. Items above ₹2 lakh are not eligible for a full refund.
Items to accompany the Return product:
All returns must be done in original packaging, should be unused and in sellable condition with no scratches, damage or alteration. All returns must be accompanied with:
- Corresponding IGI Certificate
- Original invoice copy of the product
- Any gift received with the product
Full Value Refund Amount:
The Full Value Refund amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. However, if any coupon, discount or promo code was used during the original purchase, the same will be adjusted in the refund amount, ensuring it matches the final invoice value.
Full Value Refund Amount:
Refunds for online payments made via credit card, net banking, or debit card will be processed as a reversal of the original transaction for secure refunds.

ORIGEM offers complimentary free shipping on all online Full Value Refund products within India.
Customised jewellery
Full value refunds are not applicable on customized jewelry as these pieces are made to your specifications and cannot be resold.
Quality Check
All Full Value Refund request products will undergo a stringent quality check process. This is done to ensure the product is in an acceptable condition and to check the authenticity of the product.
Damaged and altered products
Any item that has been damaged or altered outside the company’s scope (for e.g. subjected to repairs or modifications by third parties) are not eligible for full value refund.
Standard deductions
Both the original certificate and invoice are mandatory for returns or exchanges. If the certificate is lost, a charge of Rs. 999 will apply for reissue or processing.
Refund timeline
All Full Value Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the returned product is received and passes the mandatory quality check process.
Exclusions:
Products categorized as LTE (Life-Time Exchange) are excluded from this return and exchange policy due to their exclusive and time-sensitive nature.
