Return and Refund

RETURN POLICY (MONEY BACK)

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with all of the products in our stores & Website, including their purchase, your security and satisfaction. However, in the event of not being satisfied with your order, you can choose to return it under certain conditions.

  1. The product is unused, not tailored, or customized.
  2. The product is in the same condition in which it was purchased or received.
  3. The product is returned within 15 days of the date of purchase/invoicing or receipt.
  4. The product is accompanied by the original invoice/receipt and certificate.
  5. The product is not tampered with or altered.
  6. Refund amount will be processed within 10-15 working days of physical receipt of product at company warehouse & product physical state verification by Quality & Assurance Team.
  7. Customer will be required to share a copy of cancelled cheque of the account where refund amount will be credited.
  8. Only mode of refund will be NEFT/RTGS or any other form of electronic transfer. Refund in CASH will not be entertained under any circumstances. Refund amount will be credited in the account from which payment to company was made.
  9. In case of payment by credit card & refund amount required in the said credit card only the time of refund will depend on the timelines of the issuing bank. We will not be responsible for the delays whatsoever. Refund will be issued in the same card through which payment at time of purchase was made.

EXCHANGE & BUYBACK POLICY

  1. We offer Lifetime Exchange & Buy Back on all purchases made from ORIGEM within India. You may avail Lifetime Exchange & Buy Back by presenting your purchase at a store or raising a request online. The exchange/buy back value will be calculated as per the current market value on the day the exchange request is raised.
  2. If you received a discount or any gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the equivalent value, as applicable. You can also choose to return the gift received. Making charges & applied taxes will also be deducted from the LTE value.
  3. Damages/cracks/ excessive wear & tear/change in shape/deformity/ will not be accepted during LTE or COMPANY may decide on it’s own discretion to deduct a reasonable amount for the same. It shall be deemed final & binding.
  4. In the case of a customer exchanging the product for a lower value purchase, there will be no refund of the difference amount. However, if the customer exchanges his purchase for a higher value product, the difference in amount will have to be paid by the customer.
  5. Redemption of LTE value is encouraged to be done immediately. In case a credit note is issued it shall be used/redeemed within 7 days of issue.
  6. For any jewellery, if the certificate(s) is missing, then a standard deduction of ₹750 will be applicable

MADE TO ORDER /AB/Customization

Made to Order/Customization Orders/Advance Booking/Receipt

  1. 50% of the order value has to be paid at the time of placing the order.
  2. MTO/Customization orders will take 20 days for manufacturing. ORIGEM is & will not be liable to pay interest of any kind in whatsoever manner till the time of delivery of product.
  3. Advance receipt orders will only be accepted with 50% advance payment & customer is expected to take the delivery not later than 30 days of advance receipt generated. The order will be deemed cancelled if delivery is not taken in the stipulated period of 30 days unless explicitly informed by the customer in writing for a reasonable extension in the said period. Rate of booking will be applicable only for 30 days.
  4. Size change/shape & cut change/carat change requests will not be entertained once the order is placed. In such case the old order will be cancelled & new pricing will be presented to the customer.
  5. We will not be responsible for delay in order due to reasons beyond the company’s control, strike, roits/war/natural disaster/Act of God.

General

  1. Only electronically generated invoice will be entertained.
  2. Self attested PAN Card copy will be required for payment/exchange for payment of 2 Lacs & above in cash in a single day.
  3. In case of any dispute only courts in Mumbai will have jurisdiction.
  4. In case the payment is made by cheque/ demand draft product will be delivered only upon realization of amount in company’s account.
  5. All cheques & demand drafts need to be in favour of GOLDIAM INTERNATIONAL LIMITED-RETAIL.
